Good Friday

Last Good Friday was really Good.

We went to explore the metro on our own with my not so trusty Garmin GPS60CSX, why not so trusty? it's because sometimes the signal is lost! Back up is my trusty iPhone3GS.

We went Makati and since it was all closed, we drove straight to Bonifacio Global City. There was a  Stations of the Cross at Serendra. (photos from a fellow phphoto)

The road has less pollutions, only few cars are out on the streets and it was a good oppurtunity for me to drive and explore. I am not familiar with the roads. Got lost a few times in Makati.

Since it was a no meat day for the Roman Catholics, we explored the seafood market in Macapagal Blvd.

Tahong & Talaba

Halaan shells

Didn't buy talaba, I'm Ilonggo. Talaba is cheaper in Iloilo, hehe and we end up buying Halaan for our soup.

Shirmp and Lobsters

Crab Claw
Bought two pieces of big crab claw from ACAN store and noticed this guy's accent is ilonggo, talked with him in our local dialect and gave me a discount, with a free of medium sized crab claw. Not bad...

One more dish... suahe...
Fresh shrimp

into the bag then into our stomach
Went inside HongKong Master Cook Restaurant and choose the kind of taste of course with corresponding prices

After few minutes of waiting, our food was served.

Halaan Soup with Tofu

Steamed shrimp

Singapore Chili Crab
We just had enough!

A really good, Good Friday!
